I bring twenty years' experience in Talent and Workforce leadership, delivery, and strategy consulting, helping companies design, transform, implement and run business-critical Talent programs. Throughout my work, I delivered innovative approaches and forward-thinking to clients. My experience includes a wide variety of industries including life science, professional services, healthcare, and financial services, with clients in the Americas, EMEA and APAC.

Prior to starting Lint Advisory, I worked with AMS (via an acquisition of CnL Advisors, which I co-founded), Deloitte Consulting (Workforce Transformation), IBM (Smarter Workforce), and Accenture (HR Services).

I am based in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
