Stefan Lint

Stefan combines twenty years' experience in talent acquisition leadership, RPO delivery, and TA strategy consulting, helping companies design, transform, implement and run business-critical recruiting and onboarding programs. He has worked with clients across a wide variety of industries including life science, professional services, healthcare, and financial services, with clients in the North America, EMEA and APAC.

Prior to starting Lint Advisory, Stefan worked with Alexander Mann Solutions, (via an acquisition of CnL Advisors, which he founded), Deloitte Consulting (Workforce Transformation), IBM (Smarter Workforce), and Accenture (HR Services).
